I'm sending this letter today to try and express the gratitude for the help we received from Family Heating & Cooling. A few months ago we smelled something burning in the house. We called the fire department and though it turned out to be nothing serious, they informed us that our heater was in desperate need of a cleaning. We called Family Heating & Cooling and they came out right away. During the cleaning Todd noticed that the heat exchanger was cracked and leaking carbon monoxide into our house. We have two small children so of course our first thoughts were their safety. The second thoughts were how are we going to afford a new heater.
Todd went over some information with us and then told us that Family Heating & Cooling does a drawing for a new furnace every year. So I thought, why not. A couple of weeks later we received the phone call that we had won the new heater! I don't think I can explain the relief and excitement of knowing we are keeping our children safe by having this heater replaced immediately.
